Channel 4 and Paramount's Channel 5 have finalised a game-changing commercial alliance. Channel 4 is set to take over Channel 5's ad sales, shifting the in excess of £300 million business from Sky. The combined sales operation will handle advertising for both channels from 2027. The deal creates a single offering to advertisers. The announcement came on 16 September 2026.
