Ed Harris complained initially about his limited part in the series in Dutton Ranch, the Yellowstone spin-off. He thought the role was pointless and demanded to quit. Harris told Variety, 'bluntly Get me the f- out of here' as he exited the set. He later agreed to return for Season 2 to return for Season 2. The show’s boss reworked the narrative and gave his character more to do. That change made Harris opt to stay. Deadline now says he will return to the part.
