Arena REIT revealed the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the condition of the childcare group came in.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was appointed as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have taken over oversee the operations and financial situation of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing an unclear fate while KordaMentha manages the process.
