Humana is discontinuing several Medicare Advantage plans in 2027. Non-renewal notices are scheduled to be sent in early October. One report says up to 600,000 members may be impacted. The company has not disclosed which counties or plan types are being eliminated. This gives affected beneficiaries a limited time to weigh options during Medicare open enrollment. The carrier has not released a list of affected plans.
