A judge has decreed New York to abandon the rollout of its second-home tax and initiate the process anew. The decision follows opposition that the rollout of the tax was imperfect, with the city now able to appeal the ruling. What's more, Aaron Judge was not chosen on the Yankees' Wild Card Series roster due to an injury, while Giancarlo Stanton will be ready for the match against the Red Sox.
