Taylor Sheridan is set to receive a History-Making Texan Award in Austin, recognizing his run of hit television and film projects. The creator behind Yellowstone is also being honored for work that reaches well past the ranch.

Sheridan has completed Sicario 3, now moving forward with Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, and Josh Brolin all returning. He has also put together a Call of Duty project following his work on Lioness. His Yellowstone spinoff Marshals could link up with another spinoff, with talks ongoing. Casting is already in progress for Landman Season 3.
